How did I get here? Well, it all started 8 years ago when I left the corporate world in Sydney, Australia and moved to the small, sunny nation of Panama, to explore the opportunities that life had to offer there. And never looked back...
Working alongside real estate brokers and property managers, I started setting up vacation rentals for clients as a fun side hustle, but quickly realized that not only was there a need for this service, but I enjoyed creating successful spaces for my clients and their guests.

Fun Fact #1
I'm originally from Newcastle, Australia and spent the majority of my early career working in insurance claim fraud investigation in Sydney. I studied Spanish during my university years, and spent 1 amazing year in Argentina on an exchange program. I'm now fluent in Spanish, but have made many embarrassing language blunders along the way.
Fun Fact #2
After many years as a confirmed crazy cat lady, when COVID hit in 2020 I decided to foster a dog from a local animal shelter - a senior street scrapper with a heart of gold named Serena. I told everybody that I knew that it was only temporary, and everyone rightly rolled their eyes at me. Today, Serena has her own Insta page (@serenalatinaquera), and has the run of my house and my heart. It was destiny.
